Returns or Exchanges

If for any reason you need to return or exchange an item, first call 928 International to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Next, carefully package your return and include a copy of the original invoice. Please print the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package as well as on the invoice copy. Insure for full value. All items must be in the original packaging and in sellable condition. Books, tools, electrical items, and mounted wheels are not returnable. All returned items are subject to a 25% restocking charge. No returns after 30 days.

Core Return Guidelines: To help speed up the return process of your core, please note the following guidelines:

1. All cores must be returned completely assembled with no missing parts.

2. All cores are subject to inspection before credit can be issued.

3. Returned cores must be of the same type as the rebuilt unit purchased.

Note: Water pump cores are not rebuildable if the impeller has touched the housing. If your impeller has made contact with the housing, your core charge will not be refunded. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service department.
